A Message to Our Families

Dear Mascoutah Middle School Families,
I'm thrilled to let you know that our school is kicking off the Apex Color Games. This is a high-
energy, fun-filled, two-week fundraiser brought to us by Apex and our Mascoutah Middle
School. Throughout the program, students rally support from family and friends to help our
school, and it all wraps up with the unforgettable Apex Color Games event: color, games, music,
raffles, and a whole lot of smiles.
This program makes a real difference for our students and staff, and I'm fully behind it. I hope
you'll join me in cheering our students on over the next two weeks.
How It Works
• Get started online. Students log in at MyApexEvent.com using the unique access code
they receive on Launch Rally Day.
• Make it personal. Add a picture or a video of your student explaining what is happening
on campus and asking for some support!
• Share their page. Help connect your student to sponsors by sharing their donation page
via email, text, Facebook, and X using the Share tab. Sponsors can enter and pay their
donations online.
• Earn prizes. Students earn fun prizes along the way as their donation totals grow.
• Earn into the event. Students who raise a minimum of $30 earn their way into the Apex
Color Games celebration.
• Donation deadline. All donations must be paid online by 9 am on event day, to count.

This year, funds raised go toward: A split between the Positive Behavioral Interventions
and Support (PBIS) for students and teachers and other PTO needs
Want to Help?
We'd love a few parent volunteers on event day to check in students and pass out wristbands
during lunch, and to help monitor stations during the event. Please contact the front office if you
can lend a hand!
