Activities include school and community service projects, traveling to Springfield to compete against other Beta Clubs in the state and ending with a fun field trip.

Applications will be made available in the MMS office Nov. 3-Nov.14. The deadline to join Beta  is Friday Dec. 5 at 2:40

The 2nd Quarter Reward Party, movie and a snack, will take place the week of January 5-9. Students must meet the following criteria during 2nd quarter to qualify for the party: 4 or fewer total discipline incidents and no ISS or OSS.

Student Council Food Drive - all donations will be made to the Mascoutah Weekend Meals program here at school.  The drive will run from November 12th-25th.  The homeroom class with the highest number of donations, per grade level, will get a VERY special prize that we will be announcing soon!

Please make sure to check the Lost and Found if you are missing any items.  All items will be donated that remain today November 25.

Three students will be randomly selected each week for a prize if they’ve completed their agendas all week. Students will be called to the office over the intercom at random times throughout the week. If your name is called, come to the office with your agenda. If your agenda has been completed all week, including with a goal written at the beginning of the week, you will receive a swag bag full of great prizes. Good luck!

Students, we’re excited to announce a brand-new way to reward positive behavior and punctuality! Starting this week, teachers will be handing out tickets to students who are caught showing great behavior in the hallways or making it to class on time. When you get a ticket, write your name on it and drop it in one of the white buckets located in your Science or Social Studies classrooms. Every Friday, we’ll draw three lucky winners from each grade level to receive a special prize! So stay positive, be on time, and you might just be one of our weekly winners! 🙌

MMS & MHS Cheer Operation Christmas Child:  Please donate personal care items, toys, games, puzzles, school supplies, clothing, or accessories to help us fill shoeboxes for children in third world countries (no liquids, soaps, or food).  The donation box will be located right outside the office.  Thanks!
