It has been an amazing Red Ribbon Week. Thank you for all of your participation as we celebrate being drug free. The door judging has been completed, and the winners are:
6th Grade: Mr. Meeks
7th Grade: Mrs. Miller
8th Grade: Ms. Derber
The drawing for the students who pledged to be drug free will be announced on Monday, so students can still pledge today.
Cafeteria Corner:
7th Grade Snack Bar: 7th grade we continue to have issues with stealing and attempted stealing. Moving forward please keep your hands out of your pockets while in the snack bar area. NO SNACKS are to go in any of your pockets till you have paid for them and have cleared past the register. If you have paid items and decide to make a second trip back to the snack bar line, leave your paid for snacks at the table. Do not bring them back through the line with you. If you have snack bar items on you in the line you will be charged for them. Thank you.
Three students will be randomly selected each week for a prize if they’ve completed their agendas all week. Students will be called to the office over the intercom at random times throughout the week. If your name is called, come to the office with your agenda. If your agenda has been completed all week, including with a goal written at the beginning of the week, you will receive a swag bag full of great prizes. Good luck!
Students, we’re excited to announce a brand-new way to reward positive behavior and punctuality! Starting this week, teachers will be handing out tickets to students who are caught showing great behavior in the hallways or making it to class on time. When you get a ticket, write your name on it and drop it in one of the white buckets located in your Science or Social Studies classrooms. Every Friday, we’ll draw three lucky winners from each grade level to receive a special prize! So stay positive, be on time, and you might just be one of our weekly winners! 🙌
