Just a reminder! There are NO volleyball open gyms tonight or next week! We will see you at volleyball tryouts in December! 

Student Announcements:

Beginning this week, three students will be randomly selected each week for a prize if they’ve completed their agendas all week. Students will be called to the office over the intercom at random times throughout the week. If your name is called, come to the office with your agenda. If your agenda has been completed all week, including with a goal written at the beginning of the week, you will receive a swag bag full of great prizes. Good luck!

  • If you are interested in being on the Backstage Crew for the plays during the 2025-2026 school year, we have 16 slots available!  You can pick up a packet in the office, from Mrs. Cummins, or from Mrs. DeBusk.  Packets are due by Friday, September 19th.

The Middle School Photography Club is back, and we’re ready for another fun year of taking pictures and learning new photography skills! We’ll meet on the first and third Thursday of every month from 2:40-3:30 to practice, share our photos, and help each other get even better. Our very first meeting will be tomorrow Thursday, September 18 in Mr. Hardt's room (313).

Book Club forms are available in the library and are due by September 25th.

Chess Club applications are now available at the front office. Our meetings will begin in October and be held every other Tuesday after school. The first P.T.O meeting of the 25-26 School Year will take place at 6:00 on September 30th in the MMS Library. We encourage all interested parents and teachers to attend. Voting for P.T.O officers will take place at this meeting. Email mulvihillk@msd19.org if you’re interested in being on the P.T.O officer ballot.

Congratulations to 7th Grade Science Teacher, Mrs. Lievers on being selected as the August Teacher of the Month. Students report that Mrs. Lievers is nice, understanding, and an overall awesome teacher.

MHS Dance Clinic open to students grades K-8.  Saturday, October 11th at MHS from 10:30am-12:30pm $40. includes MHS Dance T-shirt, learn a routine that will be performed at the halftime show of the Pink Out Varsity Football Game on 10/17/25.  Registration Link is Dance Clinic and flyer is attached. 


The 1st Quarter Reward Party will take place the week of October 17th. Criteria to earn the reward are zero In-School or Out of School Suspensions and 5 or fewer discipline incidents, including lunch detentions. The reward will be an extra recess and frozen treats.
