Attention Athletes:
Wednesday study hall will be held in the cafeteria from 1:41–2:41 PM for those with 3:00 PM practices. Bring something to work on quietly.
Athletes with practices starting after 3:00 PM should go home after dismissal and return at their scheduled practice time.

Student Announcements:
Beginning this week, three students will be randomly selected each week for a prize if they’ve completed their agendas all week. Students will be called to the office over the intercom at random times throughout the week. If your name is called, come to the office with your agenda. If your agenda has been completed all week, including with a goal written at the beginning of the week, you will receive a swag bag full of great prizes. Good luck!
Come Join No Place for Hate: No Place for Hate meets monthly to help inspire a culture of Kindness at MMS. NPFH sponsors several fun activities throughout the year including Kindness Week in the Spring and attends 2-3 field trips throughout the year. Our 1st meeting for all NEW and RETURNING members will be today Tuesday, September 9th from 2:40-3:10 PM in Mrs. Schnable's Room (405)

If you are interested in Backstage Crew for the 2025-2026 school year, we have 16 slots available! You can pick up a packet in the office, from Mrs. Cummins, or from Mrs. DeBusk. Packets are due by Friday, September 19th.
The 1st Yearbook Meeting for those who have been contacted will be this Thursday 9/11 after school in the Library until 3:30.
"¡Hola amigos! Spanish Club sign up forms are available outside Sra. Catenazzo's room down the Exploratory hall in a folder outside of room 310, if you're interested in joining to explore the different Spanish speaking countries. Sign up forms are due at the start of Hispanic heritage month on September 15th. Please return completed forms to Sra. Catenazzo. Our first meeting will be September 18th in room 310 and we will meet every third Thursday of the month. Gracias, I look forward to seeing everyone."
The 1st Quarter Reward Party will take place the week of October 17th. Criteria to earn the reward are zero In-School or Out of School Suspensions and 5 or fewer discipline incidents, including lunch detentions. The reward will be an extra recess and frozen treats. MHS Dance Clinic open to students grades K-8. Saturday, October 11th at MHS from 10:30am-12:30pm $40. includes MHS Dance T-shirt, learn a routine that will be performed at the halftime show of the Pink Out Varsity Football Game on 10/17/25. Registration Link is Dance Clinic and flyer is attached.
