Tips for Students

Are you a fifth grader nervous about entering Middle School?
Here are some tips from previous sixth graders.....

Keep a copy of your schedule in the pocket of your agenda and tape a copy inside your locker door.

Always finish and hand in your homework on time, or you will get a missing assingment. Too many missing assignments and your grades will be bad and you will get an after school detention.

If you miss school, be sure to call a friend or look at the school's web page to see what you missed, so you can make up your assignments quickly.

Good Grades + Good Behavior = Treats

Cheating will get you into BIG trouble, so be honest and do your own work!

Reward days are awesome so make sure you do your homework and don't get any discipline referrals.

You have to walk far and fast to exploratory.

Organize your locker by your class schedule and make sure you have a locker shelf .

If you share your locker combination with someone, you might have stuff taken from your locker.

Write your assignments in your Agenda Notebook. It really helps to keep you organized.
